The Avoca Clinic are Ireland’s leading plastic surgery clinic with 3 clinics across Ireland, with growth plans to open several more across Ireland in the next year. Having recently secured investment they came to us looking to scale their business even further.
The Avoca Clinic had just recently opened a new clinic, and were planning to launch several new clinics over the next 18 months and so they needed support in ensuring that as these clinics were opening they were also scaling the amount of leads coming in to get procedures booked for these clinics.
To build on top of last year’s growth by increasing the amount of leads coming through for each of the clinics, while also increasing awareness of the clinics across Ireland through a bespoke digital media program.
We developed a bespoke lead generation strategy for The Avoca Clinic, a multi-channel approach including paid search and paid social, allowing them to grow significantly and consistently over the year. We revamped their entire digital marketing approach to rapidly grow the number of leads coming through each month.
We restructured and scaled their Google Ads account to improve their conversion rates and to capture more of the market that were searching for plastic surgery, and we also launched a new paid social strategy to generate awareness of the clinic and the procedures available.
We then took on the ongoing management of all of their paid media channels for the year to continuously improve the number of leads coming through for them, and run go-to-market campaigns for their new & innovative procedures.
Our new approach to The Avoca Clinic’s paid media and lead generation resulted in a 54% increase in leads over the 12-month campaign. It also assisted the brand in securing a multi-million euro investment based on its strong performance.
