Teameroo are a specialist recruitment firm who connect hospitality business with freelance hospitality staff. To do this Teameroo developed a dedicated app which employees could use to find work and employers could use to find staff.

The Brief

Teameroo compete in a very competitive industry of hospitality recruitment. In order to stand out, they needed to ensure the right people were finding them. They don’t operate like a normal recruitment agency placing someone just once. They need hospitality workers who are looking for part-time, contract-based or freelance work to find their website.

The Strategy

We setup two primary campaigns for Teameroo. One targeted the hospitality managers who would need staff, and the other targeted the hospitality workers looking for flexible work. We developed over 200 pieces of Ad copy, with 300 keywords for Teameroo. We used exclusion tactics to make sure there wasn’t cross over between the campaigns. We used negative keywords and ad group level management to serve individualised ads to the two audiences separately.
